D3 Forum on Leadership

District III hopes you'll join us for our program designed to connect school and community leaders with Student Council leaders!  The event is planned to be both unique and exciting where participants will hear directly from student leaders who will describe and discuss the passions and goals they have with regard to leadership.  A panel of school and student leaders will answer questions and share insights on the value of the development of student leaders during lunch.


The program includes:

  • First 2 hours: advocacy and elevator speech training for the President and Advisor in attendance.

  • Time to share ideas for leadership with school, district, and community leaders.

  • Panel discussion over lunch.

  • Small group table discussions focused on current issues affecting schools and communities.

  • Goal setting to impact current issues.

Participants should be people who want to build partnerships with student leaders, including:

·Student Council President

·Student Council Advisor

·School Principals

·District Superintendents

·School Board Members

·City Officials

·Government Officials

·Community Leaders, and

·Anyone else fitting the above criteria!

Cost, Payment, and Registration Information:

  • $20 per Participant (includes lunch)

  • TASC District III accepts cash or school checks.  TASC District III does not accept credit cards or personal checks.  Please bring payment with you to the dinner or mail to:

    • You will receive an invoice upon registration.

    • You are expected to pay for the number you submit. There will be no refunds.

12:45 pm     Share and Networking Session

1:00 pm       Advisor and President Debrief

1:45 pm       Plan for Follow Up with Leaders

2:00 pm       Closing/Evaluation/Conclusion
